On this site, you'll be able to order items from our featured products
data base. You can upload your logo or graphics, give us your text and
fill out all the necessary information for us to process your orders and
insure you get them for your events. Of course you can just fill out the
contact us information and let one of our
consultants do the work for you if you don't have the time or can't find
the perfect product in our featured selections.
Before you finalize your first order, you will be asked to complete the
New Account Application which provides us
some basic information to set up your account. For your convenience, you
may charge your purchases on either Visa or Master Card. To set up your
company on Net 30 payment terms or to use purchase orders, please FAX
credit information to 408-947-1381. It will take about 5 days for us to

and Send Logo via Electronic Art Transfer

upload your logo to us, even if you're not ready to place an order.
We'll be able to make sure we have a useable formatted logo and put it
in our files for your future use. Not having correct artwork for logos
is the number one culprit that delays order processing and can cause you
extra expenses in shipping or priority service. Avoid this problem by
submitting artwork early. There is no charge for us to receive, analyze
and set-up an artwork file for you.
Graphic
Services
We have full service graphic designers on our staff. They will
provide any level of assistance you need to ensure your artwork is in
the correct format for the imprint process to be used on your selected
products. They are trained for this industry to make the best use of imprint
area. Whatever you need, let us know.

Graphic
design is $60.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $30.00. There is no
charge for art service if artwork is provided in a fully vectored file
created in a graphics program such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or
Freehand.

Payment
Methods
Credit Cards - We accept Visa or Master Card. This is by far
the easiest method with no problems.
Purchase Orders - Once your company has established open account
terms, you may submit purchase orders via fax or e-mail and just indicate
the number when ordering on-line. The purchase order must be submitted
prior to order being submitted for processing. Either per-order or blanket
purchase orders are acceptable.
Pre-Payment - If you don't have a Visa or Master Card and don't
have time to wait for a credit check to be processed, you may call us
and arrange to pre-pay your order.
You will receive your invoice in the mail. Invoices will be sent regardless
of payment method chosen.
Shipping
and Handling
We aren't aware of any other industry where there is so much variation
between types of products, packaging requirements, weights of items and
shipped from/to locations. Due to these complications, the actual freight
amount cannot be determined until after the product has been shipped and
therefore will be billed in your final invoice instead of part of the
calculated system order total. If you do need an estimate for freight
amount, please feel free to call us at 408-947-1622 or toll free 1-888-448-2773.
Our normal shipping is UPS ground. If you have an event date, please specify
on your order and you will be contacted if expedited shipping will be
incurred. If you have an account with a carrier that you would like us
to charge you're shipping to, please contact our office or put it in the
comments section of your order.
When you place your first order, a ship to address will be entered into
our system. If you wish your order to be shipped elsewhere, please advise
us at time of order.

Set-Up
Costs
All products we sell are decorated with your custom logo, graphic
or text. To prepare your products for imprinting and produce your order,
specific costs are incurred prior to any production taking place. The
applicable art, screen, die, make-ready or set-up charges will be incurred
for each unique product you order. Normally most of these charges are
not required for exact reorders within 24 months.
Over/Under
Runs
Due to the manufacturing processes used by our suppliers, shipping
and billing of up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered may occur.
This is an industry standard that is beyond our control. You will only
be billed for what you actually receive. Exact quantities for promotional
items are not normally provided. If required on items less than $10.00
each, you will usually incur an additional charge. Award items personalized
for individual presentation, such as plaques, desk accessories, crystal
and marble items will always be exact quantity.
Sales
Tax
Per our State Board of Equalization, all orders shipped within California
must be charged our local 8% sales tax which will added to your purchase.
Tax will not be added to orders outside California.
Right
to Promotion
All orders placed with Style Awards & Promotions, Inc. carry with
them an implied consent for the company to use the products in any of
their selected advertising and promotional marketing materials. This includes,
but is not limited to, images on the website, products displayed in our
showroom and images photographed for hard copy publications and brochures.

Trademark
& Logo Use
The logos and trademarks appearing on our web site are the property
of the respective owners and are used for the purpose of display only.
In no way does the display of a logo imply any support, recommendation
or endorsement of Style Awards & Promotions, Inc. services or products
and we make no such claim.
By submitting, in any format, a logo or trademark, you and/or your company
are representing that you and/or your company are the authorized owner
